These Terms and Conditions for the use of the website www.hv.md apply to orders and reservations made for the purchase of services and products offered by Hill&Valley SRL through the website.
Through the website, customers may purchase:
- tickets for public events organized by Hill&Valley SRL (concerts, festivals, themed experiences, recreational and cultural activities);
- accommodation services in cabins, camping areas, and other accommodation units available within the complex;
- own products made within the agrotourism facility, available for online ordering with delivery through courier services.
For the proper use of the website, we recommend carefully reviewing these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these provisions without prior notice.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This website is owned and operated by Hill&Valley SRL.
By placing an order or reservation on the website, the Buyer/Beneficiary accepts the Terms and Conditions for the sale of products and/or provision of services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.
The use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by Hill&Valley SRL, in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 regarding Electronic Commerce.
The relationship between the client and the provider/seller is governed by:
- Law no. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection;
- Law no. 284/2004 on Electronic Commerce;
- other applicable legal acts in force in the Republic of Moldova.
Hill&Valley SRL reserves the right to modify this document, and website users are obliged to periodically review its content.
2. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
By using the website www.hv.md, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data necessary for processing, confirming, and fulfilling orders and reservations.
Personal data is processed exclusively for legitimate purposes, such as:
- processing reservations and orders;
- issuing fiscal documents;

- sending notifications regarding orders or events;
- sending promotional offers and newsletters, if the user has given consent;

3. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT OF ORDERS / RESERVATIONS
Payment for orders and reservations on www.hv.md can be made online using a bank card.
After payment is completed, the client will receive an electronic payment confirmation and, where applicable, the related fiscal documents.
Online payments are processed under maximum security conditions using a secure system based on the international 3D-Secure standard.
During the payment process, the user may be redirected to a secure page of the maib payment processor for transaction authentication through a unique confirmation code.
Refunds are made exclusively to the bank card used for the payment.
To complete the payment, the following information may be required:
- bank card number;
- card expiration date;
- CVV/CVC code;
- cardholder’s full name.
Hill&Valley SRL does not store and does not have access to complete bank card details used for online payments.
If the currency of the card differs from the transaction currency (MDL), currency conversion will be carried out according to the issuing bank’s conditions.
4. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS / PROVISION OF SERVICES
4.1 Events and Tickets
Tickets for events are delivered electronically via email or other electronic means indicated when placing the order.
Access to events is granted based on the electronic ticket or reservation confirmation.
The organizer reserves the right to modify event schedules in exceptional cases, including technical reasons, unfavorable weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
4.2 Accommodation Services
Accommodation reservations are considered confirmed after full or partial payment of the services, according to the conditions indicated on the website at the time of booking.
Check-in and check-out are carried out according to the rules communicated to the client in the reservation confirmation or displayed on the website.
Hill&Valley SRL reserves the right to refuse accommodation in case of non-compliance with the internal regulations of the location.
4.3 Delivery of Physical Products
For physical products available for online ordering, delivery is carried out through courier services within the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
The estimated delivery time and delivery cost will be indicated at the time of placing the order.
During busy periods, public holidays, or exceptional situations, delivery times may be extended.
Upon receiving the products, the client is requested to check the integrity of the package and the presence of fiscal documents.
5. RIGHT OF RETURN AND CANCELLATION
According to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova regarding consumer protection, the client has the right to request the return of physical products within 14 calendar days from receipt, in compliance with the applicable legal conditions.
Returned products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging, where applicable.
Refunds will be made to the card used for the payment.
5.1 Events and Tickets
Event tickets may be cancelled or refunded only under the conditions specified for each individual event.
In the event of cancellation by the organizer, the full value of the tickets will be refunded.
In cases where participation becomes impossible for personal reasons, refunds may not be possible, except in cases expressly provided by the organizer or applicable legislation.
5.2 Accommodation Services
Reservation cancellation conditions and possible penalties are indicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the type of reserved service.

6. PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on Personal Data Protection, Hill&Valley SRL processes personal data provided by users lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
Collected data may include:
- full name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- delivery address;
- data necessary for invoicing and service provision.
Personal data is used exclusively for:
- processing orders and reservations;
- communication with clients;
- issuing fiscal documents;
- product delivery;
- providing information about services and events;
- statistical and direct marketing activities within legal limits.
Hill&Valley SRL does not disclose personal data to third parties, except:
