General conditions
Your use of the http://www.hv.md website (hereinafter referred to as “the site”) constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions below. The terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by Customer to Hill & Valley S.R.L., hereinafter referred to as “Hill&Valley”, on the website http://www.hv.md, and apply to any other agreement between the customer and Hill&Valley.
Hill&Valley has the exclusive right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them.
Placing orders on the site
It is not necessary to create an account to place orders on the site, but in this case, you will not benefit from the offers available only to registered customers. Some information will be required to place orders, including, but not limited to, your email address and phone number. Your personal data will be treated confidentially by Hill&Valley. We also consider your acceptance of the information provided to be accurate, complete and current.
The object of the contract is the sale of the products, according to the availability of the stock.
The contract price is the price of the sale of the products, included in the order validated by the confirmation by Hill&Valley. The contract price can be paid in cash upon delivery or through a Credit/Debit Card (payment will be made in Moldovan lei according to the contract price).
Hill&Valley’s acceptance of the order is considered complete when there is a written confirmation (e-mail) from Hill&Valley to the customer, without the need for an acknowledgment of receipt from the latter.
The prices displayed on the site are expressed in MDL (Moldovan lei) and contain VAT (value added tax). Hill&Valley reserves the right to change the prices on the site at any time.
The customer can place orders on the site, by adding the desired products in the shopping cart, and will complete the order after choosing a method of transport indicated. At the moment the payment is only available by cash on delivery, when picking up the package or online with the Credit/Debit Card. By completing the order, the Customer agrees that all the data provided by him, necessary for the purchase process, are correct, complete and true at the time of placing the order.
The contract is considered concluded between Hill&Valley and the Client upon receipt by the Client from Hill&Valley, by e-mail and / or SMS of the notification of sending the order.
By placing an order on the site, the Customer agrees to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which Hill&Valley conducts its commercial operations.

Your Account, Password and Security
You need your own Hill&Valley account and to be logged in to use certain services and benefit from loyalty points for orders placed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your account, by agreeing to accept responsibility for all activities that occur in your account.

Any content included in or made available on http://www.hv.md, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, icons is the property of Hill&Valley or its content providers and protected by international copyright laws.
Reviews, questions and other content
The site http://www.hv.md offers the possibility to post reviews, questions and other types of content as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not contain spam, advertisements, or unsolicited commercial messages. Hill&Valley reserves the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit such content.
Descriptions, product information
Hill&Valley makes every effort to provide useful and accurate information in the product description, but does not warrant that such information is complete or error-free.
Delivery
Hill&Valley will ensure the proper packaging of the goods and the transmission of the accompanying documents (tax invoice, delivery documents). Delivery of orders is ensured through courier companies only on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. Once picked-up, the packages become their responsibility, Hill&Valley is not responsible for any losses or damage caused by the transport process.
Privacy
By accessing this site, the Customer declares that he agrees with the processing of his personal data and that he is aware that his rights are protected by Law no. 133 of 08-07-2011 regarding General Data Protection Rules.
Hill&Valley guarantees, in accordance with the law, the confidentiality of the client’s personal data and his right to the protection of privacy.
The information provided by the customer will remain the property of Hill&Valley and will be used in relations with business partners exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the Contract.

Liability
Hill&Valley cannot be held liable for any damages that the Customer or any third party may suffer as a result of Hill&Valley’s fulfillment of any of its obligations under the order and for damages resulting from the use of the goods and services after delivery and especially for their loss.
Force majeure and litigation
Neither party will be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to force majeure. Force majeure is the unpredictable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided. Any disputes between the client and Hill&Valley will be settled amicably. If no such agreement is reached, the competent courts will be called upon.
